Major General (Ret.) T. Glenn Davis

President & Chief Executive Officer

Major General (Ret.) T. Glenn Davis

General Davis most recently served as Senior Advisor and Program Manager for the Unification of the Royal Saudi Air Force and Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (January 2024 to January 2025), where he and his team personally trained over 1,000 General and Field Grade Officers on the Ministry of Defense's Target Operating Model for Saudi Vision 2030.

Prior to this role, General Davis built a distinguished 37-year career in the United States Air Force. Commissioned in 1984 as the top graduate of the University of South Carolina ROTC program, he commanded one maintenance squadron and five logistics and maintenance groups, serving as both Deputy Director of Logistics for a combatant command and as an Assistant Deputy Director for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He deployed to Al Jaber Air Base, Kuwait, the day after the 9/11 attacks, and also supported operations Northern Watch, Southern Watch, and Deny Flight.

In industry he directed Pratt & Whitney's Oklahoma City operations supporting the F117, F119 and F135 engines, and served as Chief Operating Officer of United Dynamics. He is Executive Director of the National Security and Government Institute at the University of South Carolina Upstate.

John J. McGowan

Vice President & Chief Technology Officer

John J. McGowan

John J. McGowan is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Falcon Forge. A software and mechanical engineer, he designs, secures and delivers the full-stack applications behind the Chiron Platform, from the learning-record system and bilingual course delivery to the executive dashboards that give Saudi defense leadership a live view of workforce readiness.

He specializes in secure application development on Amazon Web Services: hardened cloud architecture, role-based access, data encrypted at rest and in transit, and deployment pipelines that carry software from development to production for United States and international clients. His focus is systems that a ministry can depend on, audit and, in time, own outright.

John holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Georgia College of Engineering, with an aerospace emphasis, led a NASA Artemis II capstone, and holds two patent-pending software technologies. He brings an engineer's discipline to every Falcon Forge deployment and builds each one to be handed over to the Kingdom's own teams in support of Saudi Vision 2030.
